Went in for hair /make up for a wedding. Hair was nice despite taking a long time to do — make up was horrible. When I called ,the manager told me that we (meaning the wedding party) were late and therefore the original person that was supposed to do my make up had to leave. I was the first one there in the AM and waited a good hour before I Was even seen.  Then she went on to say that they had other customers so they were trying to rush to get us done. Seriously? I was able to get a credit which I will probably end up using on product or at a different location. I have been to the one in Perkiomenville, which is a lot better quality!

For the price I am really disappointed. I took my little sister and I as a treat for her to get a manicure for the New Year. We got an appointment at 4 on NYE, albeit on me it was very last minute. Both girls seemed inexperienced for the price. The girl who worked on my sister rushed, which is understandable, but don't make it incredibly obvious. Parts of my nails were not covered and there are obvious streak marks and uneven polish. The cuticles were not trimmed properly.  Let me preface this next part, I was INCREDIBLY cautious as to not use my hands the rest of the night in a way that would chip my nails. Well, a few hours later after washing my hands the nail polish started to chip off. Seriously? I now have 2 nails with noticeable chips from the tips not being sealed properly, as well as the aforementioned issues.

Some of the polishes were gloopy and sticky on the lip of the polish, as well.  

I am just so, so disappointed. $50+ for chipped and streaky nails.

Everyone is very nice but.... I was not happy with the results  of the spiral perm I had done. Half of my hair has little to no curl. Also took way too long.

They do very nice work and they only hire the very best. Are on the expensive side but many feel it's money well spent.
