great reputation but certainly overrated. their top rated physios are not even available, and even they are not really up with the latest knowledge in physical therapy. if you;re injury is not very complex or you need a second opinion i would give them a try as they are very professional, but more importantly are probably better than most in nyc (surprisingly nyc does not have top physios compared to other parts of the world)

James (massage therapist) is the absolute best! I highly recommend him for musculoskeletal therapy + sports massages. He has such wonderful knowledge about the body!
