I have been a patient for years, and EVERYONE has been so friendly and welcoming. I know going to the Dr. is not something you look forward to on a normal basis, but this is DEFINETLY NOT THE CASE HERE. Everyone has been extremely helpful from scheduling my appointments to making sure I know what to expect for the next apt and such to following up and making sure my insurance has approved the medication I need. Simply wonderful people and great place to receive the care you deserve :)

I don't know what any of you people are talking about. EVERYONE in this office is the most friendly people I have ever met. Including the lady that works the front desk. They are welcoming and sweet as can be. Don't let any of these people fool you. And let's not forget everyone has a bad day. You can't be rude and expect to be treated like gold. 😂 Anyone who goes to this office will not be unsatisfied. That is a fact. 😘

I went to Dr. Johnson for the first time about a month ago, and she took care of me. She listened, she was very understanding. All of the staff was wonderful. I would say if you have a bad experience here that it's probably your own fault. Can't walk in with attitude and expect to be treated like gold.

After being new to Tennessee I was worried about how the health care would be out here.but she is awesome.

I gave her one star only because I have to. Called to make an appt and had a question whereas they referred me to the Breast Center. The breast center needed a referral but she wouldn't give one for some reason??? So when I got upset after being on hold for 30 mins she said she wasn't going to see me anymore. Never liked her very much to begin with but this tops the cake lol.. Dr's these days care about nothing but the money.
