Very friendly Explains every option I trust him fully

Went to his office to speak to him about something that was VERY, VERY important to me. Receptionist kept pushing me to tell her why I wanted to talk to him. She HAD to know why. When I finally told her, which was none of her business, she said, "oh, I don't know anything about that". "He's very busy". I told her I'd wait. No, I'd have to make an appt. I told her I only wanted 5 minutes and would wait to talk to my doctor. She told me no, he was busy. If a doctor won't take 5 minutes to talk to me, he's not a good enough doctor for me. I left there feeling like I meant nothing to him. I wasn't important enough to give me five minutes. That is just WRONG! He lost a patient. Zero stars if I could only give a zero!!

Excellent doctor. Great bedside manner. Takes adequate time to discuss symptoms and options with patient. Performed prostate surgery for me in Nov 2015. I healed quickly and have full functions with no complications. His staff is helpful and patient.
