I got most of my furniture from Kimberlls and was with them for a couple of years. Never had a problem with them until recently. My last purchase was two years ago I purchased a full size bed, twin size bed with mattress set, and entertainment console that was on clearance. I purchased the extended warranty and was told that it covered all furniture up to three years for any damages. Now that the account has been paid off for a few months now the twin bed needs to be replaced. They’re saying that the extended warranty only covers furniture not the beds. I spoke with the Laurie the accountant whom said that she would speak with the manager. When I called back, the manager answered the phone and I provided my name. She knew the situation and gave the phone back to Mrs. Laurie to let me know that the warranty didn’t cover the beds only “furniture.” So unprofessional. I feel like they mislead me because I was told one thing.

I ordered couches from here, and they came in slightly damaged. They left the furniture at my home while they ordered new couches. Great customer service. Delivery guys very nice as well.

At first after ordering my couches, they were delivered a week late than the date promised, now the couch material is rough (only 6 months old)and I asked them to  fix it, now they say they don't cover it under warranty where i had also paid for 3 year protection plan also. Overall I didn't have a good experience and am sure not going back for any business
