I had the best experience you could imagine with this firm! We had a car that was almost 3 years old, still under warranty, but the dealer couldn't fix it. I contacted this office and immediately someone got back to me. I provided my service records, and about three weeks later I got a call that the manufacturer would replace the car in full with a new one! We had to pay the upgrade in the MSRP, which was fair, but no other costs for the new car. It has a brand new warranty. I am extremely pleased with the service that Kimmel & Silverman provided, along with the Delaware attorney in their office, and all their staff.
