Very clean inside, remodeled. 
Everyone is helpful. Rarely have to wait for someone to help me. Paying bills has never been easier & transferring funds is smooth. 
I haven't been to one branch that I didn't like.

I have no idea why people complain about this bank!!! It is awesome!  They have great hours, people are friendly and they have good rates!

Have a a new auto loan through them. They didn't send me a bill, yet won't talk to me because I don't have my account number. Won't allow me to make a payment on my husbands account. They do not have an online payment option, do not have an automated phone payment option, do NOT TAKE CREDIT CARDS for payment, charge $10 to take a check over the phone... HORRIBLE customer service and seems very stupid that they won't take your payment!!!
