I always have great service me and my daughter. It's  nice and clean spa fast service and very good prices  too. I like the owners very nice people. Compare to other places, this is great.

Horrible service!!! I came in yesterday to buy gel nails, they gave me the wrong color, I paid an extra $5 for the nail design and the lady did a very outdated/strange design, and the shape was really bad! When I went in the next day To this shop, I didn't ask for my money back all I had asked is if they could fix my nails. The manager said okay but I would have to wait 3 hours till the nail tech that helped me the day before gets back in and they "supposedly" scheduled me for 11:30a. When I came back in, they told me to sit and made we wait again for a whole hour and on top of that they didn't mention to me before I had to wait they would charge me and extra $15 to fix what they did wrong!! The manager I spoke with Anna was very rude, she kept talking over me and didn't let me speak and when I told her it wasn't right she was charging me extra for a mistake they made she just walked off and didn't pay attention to me anymore. I wasn't being rude I just wanted my nails to be fixed and this is how I was treated. I guess once you pay them they have no regard for their customers. I will not be coming back! Would've had to pay $65 total for a supposed discount!! I do not trust their business practices and I will not be coming back!!

New nail salon, probably in the area about one year.
Went in yesterday for a eyebrow wax.
Worst eyebrow arch I've ever had.The tech. hardly used any wax and didnt even clean up the area with tweezers.
When I looked in the mirror, I had to ask her to trim the eyebrows.
She put a little oil on the brows, so they appeared to be ok.
Today, when I took a good look, I could not believe how bad they looked.
My brows look awful, uneven on top and bottom.
This service is worth about $2, certainly not the $12 I paid.
I will never go into this salon, ever.

This Nail Salon they reused the paraffin wax on the deluxe pedicure ... that unhealthy ... need to report it to Health Department and State Board of Cosmetology ...

I went to KingLady on two separate occasions.
The first time I went, I came with my husband. My husband was cut and overcharged for his pedicure. They did not honor their "15%" grand opening discount for his pedicure or my manicure. My pedicure was average and I was still left with a bit of dead skin on my feet. After three weeks, I needed to get them done again and my acrylics had come off, I decided to give them a second shot because we are new to the area and haven't established a salon. The second visit confirmed that I will not be returning to this salon. My pedicure wasn't pleasant and I felt it was overpriced for the quality of service I had got. The towels had a very strong odor to them and I had kept swatting off gnats. After my pedicure, she had moved me over to "her desk." Her desk did not have her displayed license like the rest did which had confused me when she asked me to walk over there. During the manicure, she had made a comment asking me if I wanted to wax my eyebrows which completely caught me off guard. We finished up and I had paid and left. Not even three hours after, I have three messed up nails. I'm very disappointed I spent 40 dollars on a mani/pedi that didn't even hold up for a few hours.
