Total time wasted waiting was about 40 minutes. I signed in and took a seat to wait my turn, every time a stylist called for a client (4 times total)they called on 2 people that were not there. When they were called the last time one of the girls in the back said they are not back yet. Of course when it would be my turn next a woman walks in with her 2 kids and one of the stylist says to her welcome back. They take a seat and in about 2 minutes she calls one of her kids name and proceeds to cut their hair. This is where i walked out. If you are not there when your name is called you go to the back of the line, I will not visit this sport clips again. I will also share this experience with my coworkers. If i knew i could just sign in and then go run around and come back at my leisure that would have been great, but not fair to the people that actually wait their turn.

Im new to town and picked the closest barber shop. I walked in on Sunday around 10am. Was called up within 5 minutes of signing in. Got a very nice haircut with pleasant conversation from one of the nice lady barbers. Paid $19 and now I don't look like a caveman, what more can I say... I'm coming back for my bi-weekly haircut.

I get the double triple play. Similar to the MVP but X2 towel and no weird message. No idea what these other people mean. I have been coming here for years. I have never told them to not cut something and have it cut. This is also not a barbershop they do not do razor so no idea how you'd expect a beard trim. Maybe go to the place that offer these services and quit trying to bundle hair cut / other services to save money. This isn't a $6 hair cut place.

Neglected for 45 minutes, walked out with one of the worst hair cuts ever. Notified their PR people on social media but ignored. Waste of $50.
