I've been happy with the few haircuts I've gotten here, but there are never enough employees in store. If you don't have an appointment and end up having to wait, it can be a very long wait if someone ahead of you decides on a dye job or anything more than a simple haircut. You just never know if there's going to be no one in sight or 5 people waiting.
And the times that I've actually sat there waiting, the only stylist that was there was so busy talking to her client (chatting with a snip, then a few comments, then another snip, then a few MORE comments) that she was either ignoring me or just so busy gossiping that she didn't notice me.
If there's no one in the chair or on the waiting list, and you just need a blow-out or a trim, go for it. But if you want anything more, like color, highlights... it might be best to go somewhere else. I think there is just too much chatting going on, and they're not really actually practicing the more difficult services.

Followed these girls over from another Smart Style. Always happy with the results. I just explained what I wanted, no pics from a magazine, no unrealistic expectations, I simply asked for and received a great haircut. I have been an Optometrist/Eye Dr for 25 years, I can easily pay more, but these girls get the job done and I appreciate the great attitude. I am a real person and this is a real review, no fake CAPS and no fake multiple exclamation points !!!!

I came in for v-shaped layers. Natalie was awesome! She really knows what shes doing. She doesnt chop off more than what you tell her. She asks questions about exactly what you want. She was so nice and I love my hair. 💇 Thanks so much!

I have had color (highlights and lowlights) done here several times and have always been very happy with the results.  Most recently had a stylist named Kelly who did a fabulous job.  Would highly recommend this salon.
