Used to be my favorite pizza place but after today I won't be back. I was told one price on the phone and a higher price when I arrived. There was a large section in the center of one of my pizzas with no sauce or toppings. I had already given up on delivery because it takes too long and their 5 dollar carry out was an amazing deal, but the customer service has always been bad and I'm willing to pay more for a better quality.
This used to be our go to pizza restaurant for years but the past 3 or 4 times we have ordered its been HORRIBLE! I'm not sure what has happened. It takes two hours to get delivery. The pizza will be wrong or just plain awful. You can complain but all you get is an I'm sorry. Messed up pizza? Sorry! Your pizza is nasty? Sorry! It's been 90 minutes and your still waiting for your order? Sorry! We now pay more but get better food and service at Mellow Mushroom.
The menu selection is great. Got the Prince toppings and 1 topping deal. The pizza is good. Friendly service. Set up for carry out or delivery. Glad they are here.Food: 4/5
Tried the new Cartersville location for the first time, and it was good! Next time I’ll do the 5.99 one topping special!
The owner was very rude to me and hung up on my wife. We will NOT do business with this establishment ever again! Now that I'm reading all the horrible reviews of Kings Pizzeria and seeing the replies claiming to improve the "customer no service" they provide, I would say whatever King's Pizzeria is doing isn't working. I found out that the person who was rude to me and the person who hung up on my wife was the owner. Which tells me the customer service will never change when the very person who should set the example for his employees is the very root of the problem. I would like to add that it's funny how they removed the ability to leave a review on Facebook very recently. What a coincidence!
Pizza was unfortunate but the real issue is I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza and cheese garlic bread. The pizza had 4 random pieces of pepperoni and the cheese garlic bread had cinnamon sugar all over the bottom and a few raw onions thrown on top. Its obvious they dont clean anything. I should have read the other reviews. I would put in on par with cicis pizza for kids. Cheap and it shows
This place used to be good. Prices are cheap. I found out the steak and cheese is microwaved they don't have a grill. The employees don't wear gloves and touch the food.Food: 1/5
