Worst customer service, not be ordering here again. My order arrived incorrectly, the store manager told me I was wrong. After arguing she agreed to resend my order. 3 hours after they now say it was redelivered, but nothings here- we checked our cameras. Then she said she would resend my pizza in another 45mins or give me a cash in person refund only. Now 10pm no food still and I have to drive to get my money back. Then they tried giving me another pizza still incorrect. I will be contacting corporate for this bs.

Using the pizza tracker and the time it was to be delivered kept bring pushed out. It took about 45 minutes longer than it said it would take and when it did get here it was cold. Also the dough is really awful. Papa johns used to have the best dough but this dough was flat and hard almost like it had freezer burn or something. 0/10 do not recommend

Started trying to order around 11 PM. Got locked out of acct. Password email never arrived. Finally gave up and ordered 3 items thru main site as guest approx 11:45, 15 minutes before close. Order canceled with no phone call. Just wasted an hour trying to get middling pizza as the best of middling options, lost my chance at all middling options in the process. I get hating having to clean the ovens twice, but, seriously? Put a cut off switch allowing managers to turn off custom ordering or something once the ovens are cleaned so that at least people don't lose out on real options trying to order from you. Between that and the password trouble, will not be ordering from Papa John's again

If you want what you actually ordered don’t even bother. Apparently paying extra for things like extra cheese and extra peppers means putting 2 peppers and barely covering the pizza. I was so disappointed. We don’t get to eat out much so I picked pizza because I love papa johns. I ordered extra cheese and got practically no cheese. It was awful. We will just stick to Dominoes. Learned my lesson.

Got food quick but my pizza was the worst that I've ever had. Over cooked, hardly any sauce or cheese. It's ridiculous for the price you pay. Never again

I was starving at work but couldn’t leave so I ordered from here. Less than a mile away and delivery time estimated 27 minutes. Okay cool. Over 2 hours later and just about time to close shop at my job my pizza was finally delivered. I was starving and made the mistake of eating a piece, today I have the most painful food poisoning. It has to be the pizza because it’s the only thing I’ve eaten in 24 hours. I would like a refund and urgent care bill paid

Always have the best pizza. Had an issue tonight with our pizza & the manager fixed it right away.

This places pizza is always good. My only complaint is they need to learn how to cut a pizza. I always end up having to cut it.
