Not my only problem with this location. This time my Buffalo wings came with no sauce at all. I understand if they were out of sauce but why wouldn't they contact me to substitute? Everytime I've ordered wings from here my wings seem to have less and less sauce, a topping is missing on my pizza or looks as if it was added after it should have been cooked. Once we didn't get our order till 2 hours after ordering with no phone call for the delay. After trying to call the store there was no answer. I understand if they are busy, I understand if they are out of certain items however this is getting ridiculous. There's multiple complaints about this location too.
We are finally absolutely DONE with this location and will NEVER order from them again under ANY circumstances. We have had many issues over the last couple of years with pizza being delivered much later than expected, being delivered cold, and similar problems. The Domino's Delivery Insurance is a joke at this location. We've complained and reported it, and by Domino's policy they are supposed to make it right or get a refund. Nope. Never had that ever happen in a few years. Because we like their pizza and other food we keep trying, despite multiple frustrations. Tonight was the last straw. We called and were told it would be 35-40 minutes for pickup and 70-80 for delivery. Okay, it's a Friday night so waits are longer. Totally understand that. We chose pickup so it would be done quicker. We got there at the 40 minute mark and they said it would be another 15 minutes. That was frustrating as heck. So we asked if they had even started the order. THEY HAD NOT! Yes, I know weekend nights are busy, but don't promise something will be ready at a certain time, and then when someone gets there at that time it hasn't even been started!!!! The Domino's app had stated that the pizza had already been prepared, an obvious lie! We got a refund but the person working there was very unpleasant and rude. Unless management and staffing changes, we will NEVER order from there again. Too many times of extreme frustration and disappointment. We are also going to tell everyone we know to avoid this particular location.
I don’t know I don’t have too many problems here like everybody else. I had one time they told me my pizza was ready, and they didn’t start on it. But that’s about it. Had a pretty solid experience with delivery.
This place sucks. Last time I order . Too them over four hours to bring my pizza then asked if I wanted to pick it up it would be quicker. Hello if I asked for delivery that's what I need. Then they gave me a replacement meal and manager on duty gave me a hard time. I Will Never Order There Again. Kinda funny I live in Calhoun, only ordered there because I was at my mom's house. Yet when I order from my store there at my house in less then 25 mins. Just saying. Lol an the delivery drivers love the tips. Sorry Cartersville. You lost not only a great customer but a amazing tipper.
I ordered a large extravaganza pizza as well as other items. The large extravaganza pizza was NOT cooked all the way. Not made how I ordered it and we found a hair in the pizza. I had to throw the entire pizza away.
Not really sure what's going on with this location lately but the service and quality have lacked consistency. This last order the dough had been stretched so much the pizza was thin and the crisp was super thick. Not very friendly inside the store when I picked up. It's been hit or miss lately at this location. Edited some months later.....improvements made all around.
The toppings and crust are often wrong. I ordered 2 pizzas was missing 1 topping from the cheesesteak pizza and the other was a pan pizza with extra mushrooms that was on regular crust and had no mushrooms. They charged $20 for the pan pizza but left off everything that made it cost more than $7 it would normally be. The only resolution is to offer a free basic 2 topping which wouldn't even make up the difference in what they messed up this time. I can never reach anyone on the phone. Why is impossible to get refunded for the things they upcharged for and didn't include? This is the slowest and most frustrating location I have ever dealt with.
Best pizza from Dominoes in a long time. Cooked until done and wasn't soggy in middle like past few times at other locations.
Ordered pizza at 6:45pm, at 8:00pm the female manager on the phone told me the person who took my order “lied” about the 30-45min delivery time. They took down the wrong address after I confirmed it THREE times. She was snippy and glib, wholly unhelpful. Edit: When the food finally arrived at 8:40 both pizzas were crushed and they barely tossed on any wing sauce.
Ms Nicole went over above & beyond to get my pizza together, yessssss ordered online & wanted Brooklyn style crust, didn't know that when u order a medium online it automatically gives u the default crust pan. BLOOKLY STYLE DOESN'T COME IN MEDIUM. .. Thanks again Nicole..
