Pleasant friendly service from the majority of the stockers etc, horrible & rude service from cashier's and customer service cashier's. When issues arose with mislabeled items they were in too much of a hurry to properly address the issue which resulted in us being over charged. When asking for a correction we were treated very rudely, everything was about their time, not about what is right or what the customer needs. We will not be back.

I can see why Amazon is taking over and Kroger stock dropped 20% in two days. I checked out at self serve, as that's the only option available early in the morning, and an assistant had to come over many times to reset. First time was to allow me to use my own bags, then I had another bag so she came back for that, then I placed the full bag in the back, so she had to come reset for that. Then there was some issues with the scanner, so she came back for that. When I asked her a question about moving the bag to the back she just walked away and didn't answer my question, an older lady with long hair. I asked her again, when she had to come back for another reset, and she said the reason I'm having so many problems is self serve is set to a 15 item limit and there's no checkers so I have to use self serve. So my question to Kroger is why have self serve set to 15 in the morning and cause so many problems.? Why not set it to full serve?  I'm going to start ordering from Amazon grocery. It'll probably be cheaper and delivered to my house.

I love this neighbour store which you could find fresh fruits and vegetables, and also fresh meat.  It is always a pleasure experience if you are shopping there.

My KS store is convenient to me. I know most of the people who work in the store. The lady who works over in western union , I believe her name is Leanne, is always so helpful, polite and courteous. There is another Leanne there that went out of her way to go in the back and find me a product that was out of stock on the shelves. Now that's customer service.  The bakery lady in charge back there helped my daughter get the decoration she wanted on her birthday cake. I had made the mistake of going to the big super store on Leetsdale to order it. Not only was the bakery lady rude she also told me she wouldn't do it it was a lot of trouble and she didn't have time. So I went back to my store and of course, she was more than happy to do it for her. Cashier Debbie and GG are always polite and so helpful. I wouldn't change my store for anything. My motto is if I can't find it in my store they will get it for me.  What more can you ask for.
