Karen in the bakery is awesome! I was planning my sons 1st birthday party and completely spaced ordering the cake. so it became a little last minute and when I wanted to order a cake on Friday for Sunday, nobody would help me. Then Saturday came around and I still could not find any bakery that would do a cake for me. I called this King Soopers and Karen said they would be able to do it. We went over there at 6 PM Saturday night and picked out a cake, Karen was very helpful with the ordering process and the cake was ready the next day! I cannot thank them enough for saving my sons first birthday party!!!

It's a supermarket. Like any supermarket, the quality of your experience is largely dependent on what you make of it. I am the type of shopper who knows exactly what I want and my time from walking the aisles to being in line at the cash register is frequently under 10 minutes. This place makes it easy to do that. Things don't move around, they have what you want and you know exactly where it's going to be. What I really love about a place like this is clearance deals and the special sales you get with their card. I picked up a Christmas ham for nine bucks and paid not much more than that for the Thanksgiving turkey. It has all the things you remember in a north-east hypermarket - hot bar, some place to sit for a while (with a microwave!!), cozy lighting and friendly people. I quite like this location!

Five stars because the employees here are mostly exceptional. ClickList shopping makes things easier, especially around the holidays when the last thing you want to be doing is wasting time standing in a checkout line. I've been shopping at KS for 45 years and now frequently stop at Sprouts as well.

First off, let me say, I love King Soopers and I have been shopping at THIS particular King Soopers for almost 13 years, now. . However, this King Soopers has the nastiest employees I've ever dealt with, at ANY business, of which I am a customer. Second, The Deli staff and ESPECIALLY the deli manager (Older gal, with glasses and talks like she smokes 3 packs a day) are PATHETIC! The absolute worst! I just quit trying to purchase items from their deli, altogether. Third, The butcher shop is okay, but the fish monger is complete psycho, you'll see. Go get a load of her, she's a nut. Horrible Attitude. Fourth, They never have fresh roasted chickens. Whats up with that? I have a wallet full of free vouchers...Fifth, I usually bag my own groceries but every now and then I will allow their baggers to bag my stuff. That being said, the last 4, yes, I said 4, times I have allowed their baggers to bag, I have been missing an item when I got home. YEAH! 4 for 4! Batting .1000! I have a receipt on my kitchen counter as we speak. They didn't bag my Swiss cheese...Last but not least, when you tell a manager, they're nice, very nice, but nothing EVER changes! EVER! Like I said, I have been shopping at this store at least once a week for almost 13 years! Get it together!

If you're black or Mexican don't come here they will be rude and follow you around the store. Racial profiling at its finest. I will never come to this store again. The produce is dirty and old. Meats are disgusting and green pork always never pink. I'm sure they won't mind either.
