Nice employees and fast service. I think in their attempt to be fast, they didn't do a very thorough cleaning. When you ask for "The Whole Thing" in the car wash, I think it should go without saying that you are looking for someone to clean your car completely inside and out because either you don't have the time to or you just don't want to. It would be great if there weren't crumbs and smears left on the dashboard and center console that we had to clean up later. I will say that they offered touch-ups and we said no because we were in a rush. Also, the two employees that showed us to our car when it was finished were very polite and they opened the door for me to get in. The gas station's store is very modern, clean, and stocks unique items. Overall it was a good experience but could definitely use some improvement.

Reading the other reviews about Waterway and these are spot on! Be prepared to spend 45 minutes here if you are lucky. Also, be prepared to go home and re-wash your car. The staff here walk around with their shoulders drooping and zero motivation. They look like they are serving a sentence and not working a job. They do a HORRIBLE job to boot! For the prices, the overall service and attitude needs to change drastically. I’m shocked that the owner or corporate (if waterway is) hasn’t stepped in and done something about this location. DTC location is awesome! I hate that I moved so far away from it.

Not impressed. I paid $75 for a full detail and there was still dust on all the vents and hair on one of the back seats. The next day my car died too, and there appeared to be blue soap residue all over my positive battery terminal. Not a great first impression, Waterway.

Whenever I pay $40 (the whole thing package) I expect the actually have it clean. There is still dirt in between both seats they didn't even bother to move the car seat to wipe it down or vacuum the crumbs out of the back seat not to mention there way TWO people cleaning it and there's still even a mound of dust on my dash. What the hell Horrible service and I even had to pay extra since we have a big truck. Maybe it was just the two boys that washed it being lazy but I know when you say you're gonna vacuum it I expect you to VACUUM IT!!! VERY DISSATISFIED COSTOMER. I RATHER WASH AND VACCUME MY OWN TRUCK THAN EVER GO BACK THERE. I WILL BE LEAVING MORE BAD REVIEWS EVERYWHERE AND ANYWHERR I CAN. UNTILL THID IS RESOLVED.

TO THE MANAGEMENT. Please advise your staff to at least be true to their customers. I was given a slip saying you can come back in 5 days to wash your car again if it rains or snows. I went back with it and the receptionist rejected it. Despite the fact that you guys are super expensive and not super awesome and the fact that i have multiple car wash places around my home, i was still going there every week. Not any more from this incident.
