I had a reservation and we were settled rather quickly- it was a Sunday. Our waiter was polite and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was good and portions were a decent size.  A member of my party had to send back a part of her order due to it not being hot enough (mashed potatoes) and they were pretty thick. I would have to say this is not a place for children , the portions are too big first small children. I know the whole sweets thing can throw you but the huge sugary drinks are not kid friendly. Overall we enjoyed ourselves.

Called to make a reservation, but no one answered the phone  or called back. After a 2 hour  wait, staff told us only 2 parties were in front of us. 20 minutes later, we we told 3 parties were now in front of us. Ultimately almost couldn't get in because they kept pushing our wait closer to 10 pm in which all party members must then be 21. Not returning due to the unkind staff.

The food was good and the service was also...good.  Reservation was for 2:15 PM on Saturday, 3/17.  We were not seated until 3:15pm.  The occasion was for my daughter’s birthday and thought this would be a great place to take her and her girlfriends.  The candy store was packed and there was no room to wait inside for our table.  Thank goodness mother nature was kind to us this day as we were able to wait outside.  Food service was very slow and only part of the order came out together, then another portion of the order came out (our server attempted to make it better by bringing an extra plate, since the last two items to the table were the same and thought they could share until the other item came out), still waiting and waiting for the last plate to come out, I got up and asked the server how much longer it would be and let her know that the guest waiting for the meal was the birthday girl and the entire reason for our visit to the Sugar Factory.  She did remove the two late meals from the check, but sadly this did not make up for our experience. We took the girls into the candy store afterwards to let them each get something and you could hardly move.   When asked by our friends how it was, I told them I wouldn't bother.

We had an amazing experience tonight!  Our waitress, Mercedes, was super nice and attentive.  She explained everything we needed to know about the menu, brought the kids cute little rubber duckies and extra sweet treats to tide them over before the meal, and she continued to check on us at the perfect frequency.  The manager (Jose) was also fabulous.  Really can't complain--awesome experience, and we'll definitely be back!!  Thank you!

Great place for large quantities of sugar concoctions. Sundaes are massive and colorful cocktails are Instagram worthy! Food is decent and a little pricey. Parking is in The MB Financial Parking lot. They validate for free parking at the entrance of the candy store. Great place to sit outside and watch the bands on Thursdays when they play on the lawn. Kids love a photo session in front of the sugar factory wall.
