The electrician that came by was fantastic! He was super professional and gave me an up-front price before working. He was here for the same time he predicted it'd take and now everything is working like new! I'll definitely be calling Kings for any electrical or A/C issues that I might have in the future!

More than happy with Kings elect.   Actually  Kings was my second choice but after talking with the other  company who gave me a two day finish schedule .I  contacted Kings and they promise one day and match the price. To be honest  I didn't       believe  they would.But it was completed  on time as promise and done right.The staff was kind and very 
 professional. If you need electrical     work       done  not only right but fast this is the company you need to consider.

from Feb 2016 - Just overpriced; $59.95 for an estimate (which is waived if work is done). I received quotes for several jobs I needed, but only let him fix one thing (2 sockets) that was the least expensive; it was $230! he claims it's supposed to be $230 per socket and that he would do both for $230. All prices were in a book he had, but c'mon, the company makes the prices. I won't have them back. I'll shop around now for the more expensive jobs I have.
FYI - They don't take American Express.

My air conditioning broke in my office. I called another company and they came but didn't fix it. They said they'd come back in an hour but never did. I called king and spoke with Emily. I explained how desperate I was and how hot and uncomfortable my staff was. She sent her technician Phil who arrived in fifteen minutes! The company is so well run, they text and email you the bio on the tech that's coming. They send a link so you can check the distance to see exactly where the technician is and how much longer it will be before he arrives. When Phil showed up, he was so pleasant and professional. He knew what was wrong in five minutes. He was very honest and said I might need a new part soon but he was able to fix it for now. 

I will always call them first if I have any A/C or electrical needs.

I am beyond pleased with the extensive work I had done today. From the estimate stage to completion,  Ralphie was professional and made certain that I understood every step. His work was impeccable and he left the job immaculate when he left. The company was honest and fair and I am extremely satisfied. I will continue to use Kings Electrical for any jobs I need.
