Eddie did a great job. explained what he was going to do and gave some good advice on what he thought would best for this particular electrical job. With Eddie today was very nice tech in training named Jonathan which I feel would be a valuable asset to your company. They displayed excellent team work. Good job to both of them. Outstanding service. Professional ,respectful and knew what they were doing. They saved me a lot of money by trying to do it myself. Service was worth its weight in gold. I just hope all their employs are as good as Keith.

Arrived promptly. Fixed our chaotic situation in a thorough and friendly manner. Brandon and his co-worker made us feel well taken care of as he was knowledgeable and able to address our questions and concerns about the current project and future needs. Never made us feel like they were rushed or punching a clock. (Even though they worked into the night)

The process of dealing with Mr. Sparky was an outstanding experience. My technician, Josh Griggs, was pleasant, fast and expert. He clearly explained his approach to the necessary work and the associated pricing. Then he did speedily and neatly did the work, and cleaned up the site. I already am planning to use Mr. Sparky again, and will request that they send Josh, if possible. I wish all contractors were this good!

I can't truthfully say these people crooks but here is my story. I called Mister Sparky with an electrical problem at my residence. The electrician that came to residence gave me an estimate of $6000 to repair my problem. I told him, "No Way" and directed him out of my house. I call another electrician and we talked over the phone. He told to check my fuses. Guess what, the repair was $40 for new fuses. I am not saying they are crooks but please be careful with this company if you use them at all.
