I have nothing but admiration and respect for Ed and Frank in what they have accomplished with this gym. They have created an atmosphere that motivates from the time you walk in the door till the end of your work out. The staff is very courtesy and helpful. The members themselves are very respectful as well. The equipment is well maintained and the gym itself is kept clean based on my experience.  I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a place to train.

I'm very picky when it comes to working out, so if I praise this place, it's because the praise is well deserved.  Plenty of quality equipment for serious strength training. And even if you're not into strength building and just want to burn some calories, this is still a great place to work out.  (But seriously... put on some muscle if you really want to trim that fat away.)

The atmosphere is also one that's really conducive to serious lifting and other workouts.  People often underestimate the value of having the right atmosphere.  This is a place where people are focused and work hard, and that kind of dedication is contagious.

My wife and I have been using King's Gym for over 20 Years. Ed and Frank King run a great old-school gym.  Clean with a lot of equipment that is well maintained.  They have a lot of excellent personal trainers.  I have used Dustin Kaplan for over two years.  He is motivated and very well educated and credentialed.  He has me hitting the golf ball farther now than I did ten years ago. Two years ago we moved twenty minutes further away from the gym. We now have a 30 minute drive but we wouldn't go anywhere else.

There is no gym like this one!!!  The people are genuine, kind and very knowledgeable.  I've been going to King's Gym for years - it's the best - whether you're a beginner or a seasoned, well-trained athlete - this is the place for you.  I've enjoyed the personal training experience there - the trainers are top-notch.  I need to personally thank Ed King for his attention and advice - changed my life!!  If you're looking for a great place to workout - look no further than Kings Gym.

I have been a member of Kings Gym since 6 months after they opened. It has remained a warm and inclusive family owned and run business. At any time I am there I see all kinds of people working out : old,young, muscular, extra pounds and even some in wheel chairs. 

The King brothers have excellent personal trainers. They must meet a certain standard or they can not work there. Ed and Frank King have many excellent trainers to choose from to meet your specific goals and needs.

I am happy to recommend Kings Gym for your workout experience.
