I can't complain about the staff as they are excellent. And I've never had a problem accessing my stuff, nor have I ever noted damage. I am leaving at the end of this month however because they have raised my rate for the third time ($67 to $72, $72 to $73, $73 to $82) since I moved in last year. My last facility was $20 cheaper and only raised my rate once in the 4 years ($53 to $58) I was with them.

Our company had to have a vehicle picked up for lease turn in. Wes the store manager was very professional and was able to make sure that the 3rd party vendor had access and successfully picked up our van. All of this was done over the phone and from out of state but Wes stepped up and made everything seamless and easy. After everything was completed, Wes even took the time to call us long distance to make sure we knew the van was picked up and that our account was closed.The location was very clean and secure and met our needs perfectly and was perfect from beginning to end. We recommend Extraspace to all of our business partners.

We're having renovations done and need a space to keep our stuff to get it out of the way. It is our first time using storage, we met Ed at the office, he asked alot of questions and showed us two spaces he believed would be best for what we need. I was very impressed with his professionalism while he made us feel like old friends. The construction crew is coming this week, and thanks to Ed we have everything all ready. We will definitely recommend this place to anyone who asks us for a storage place. Thanks Ed for making our event alot less stressful.

I hate that I'm reading so many good reviews and my experience was horrible!! I went into my storage to get a bed out and noticed it was soaked on the bottom side that was on the ground. All my boxes were soaked!! I had to take everything out!! Two tvs, two beds, and many boxes full of pictures and baby memories ruined!! I still cleaned out my unit and tried to get a hold of ED to receive my deposit back. I paid a $65 deposit on top on the other fees. All of a sudden ED cant be found and they have a manager tell me that I didn't pay the $65 deposit on the $78 to start it up. I paid both, two different transactions IN CASH!!  It makes me think ED pocketed a deposit I wasn't suppose to be charged! Anyways my stuff is ruined and all they can say is "Oh well"! I have paid every month in full at least 2 weeks early and have never caused a problem or a mess!! I deserve my DEPOSIT BACK!!! I ALSO HAVE PICS AND A VIDEO SHOWING HOW DEEP THE WATER WAS AND HOW RUINED EVERYTHING IS BUT THIS SITE WONT UPLOAD!!

Was doing a move due to divorce and other things and needed storage for a short period. The manager (I believe his name was Wes) gave me excellent and friendly service and flawlessly exceeded all of my expectations!! Will definitely come back if I need storage again!
