Aweful! I have never seen business go downhill so fast! Customer service is poor, prescriptions are never ready. They don't call when you even when they tell you they will . The techs are the only saving grace. But they are overworked. It just doesn't work.

One would think that being a small town, and only pharmacy, the employees would be more courteous and personable. I've been using this pharmacy for almost a year since I moved  near here. I only use this pharmacy because it's closest to my house, otherwise I'd use one in Marble Falls or Burnet. Every time I pick up a prescription (multiple each month) there's always someone short and kind of snappy. Not one single employee knows my name or has ever shown any kind of value to me or anyone else in the store while I've been there. You are treated like a number just like a big box store such as Wal-Mart or Walgreens. My previous pharmacy used my name every time I went in, they were friendly and attentive and even knew most of my meds without looking them up. I still talk to one of the employees from that pharmacy actually and tell her how much I miss them and the service they provided. It's very disappointing that these employees aren't trained in customer service. As a former customer service representative I understand that "the customer is not always right" but just because a previous customer may have done something to upset the employee or the employee is having issues elsewhere that doesn't mean that all customers bare the brunt of the employees burden.
