I receive a compounded prescription every 4 weeks. They say 5 days, it has taken over 2 weeks every single time to get the compounded medicine. They had me come in before I began receiving the medicine to verify that I was not allergic to each of the individual ingredients. Come to find out that they were making the medicine in bulk, ignoring my allergy list and sending me something compounded with an ingredient I was allergic to. Had an allergic reaction to the medicine, and was promised a refund for the ones compounded incorrectly by two different people, one of them the owner. It has been 2.5 weeks since the first promised refund. I am pregnant and if I had had an anaphylactic reaction, this could have killed myself, and/or my baby.

Today was my 4th time using Stonegate Pharmacy and all 4 times I've had a great experience. All of the staff at Stonegate were friendly and helpful. In particular KEVIN went above and beyond helping me straighten out questions on my insurance coverage. He spent a while calling several #'s to make sure I received the correct prices on my insurance coverage. 

Where I 've seen other pharmacies give up and throw their hands up......KEVIN was persistent and was a great advocate for me. This persistence saved me hundreds of dollars and a huge headache dealing with the insurance company.

No stars.  They are AWFUL.  2 months in a row, they could not fill a compounded medication in 5 business days.  Try 2 weeks!  No calls to the customer on when to expect and when you do call they don't call you back or they say it will be ready Monday COB and on Friday your still waiting.

A truly reputable company would not OVER MARKET their capabilities to the point of non-delivery.
A truly reputable company would manage customer expectations and call them at least to give a definite date when it will be ready instead of stating one and then blowing it and not saying anything.

These are medications.  They are 30 day prescriptions.  What good is it if you can't get them for half the month?

Great pharmacy. Not always the fastest but when you have free delivery, who cares. They are across town from me but any prescription that has monthly refills gets delivered and I do not wait in the Walgreens lines anymore.

It's close to my house..that's the plus. They are so slow and always tell you it will be ready and it never is. If only they can get it together that would be great.
