I’ve been refraining from giving a poor review for quite some time now.  Every month I have to reach out to the pharmacy to ensure they fill my prescription though I have automatic refills set up.  Usually it is not filled on time and is not the correct brand name that I have previously requested.  This is extremely frustrating as I I've even called up to a month in advance (several times) to ensure that they order the correct brand on time... and each month I find myself getting my prescription several days late. To me, this just seems like poor customer service, as I’ve reached out on various occasions and I consistently end up getting a response of “its out of our hands”.

Forced to switch from Peoples pharm thanks to new insurance.  Called HEB with a transfer script on Friday 1/26, gave them all the info over the phone incl script number, was then told ‘oh sorry we are out of stock.  Will have it Monday morning.’  Arrive at 9 am Monday:  ‘we are sorry, we only get orders on Tuesdays.’  Ok.  Go in on Wednesday afternoon,   ‘oh sorry this never got ordered.’  REALLY??!! It’s been 5 days now and 3 different ‘put offs.’ I wouldn’t be so upset except that this is a VERY VERY vital and important medication.  I just don’t understand how a business can operate like this.

Absolutely the best pharmacy experience every time I go here. It doesn't matter if it's over the phone or at the counter or who you're dealing. Beautiful people treating the customer with concern and care.

Honestly this location is the worst location available out of HEB they give false information their prescriptions are always late I reckon I going to different location.
