Let me start by saying they are really nice folks here! Unfortunately, I brought in my watch for a battery change and they scratched the case up quite a bit. It isn't a very high end watch (fortunately) but it does have quite a bit of sentimental value to me. In all fairness this is primarily a jewelry store vs a repair place, but I would be very hesitant to bring my high end jewelry here for servicing based on the level of care and craftsmanship I experienced...

I bought my watch from Zack. Zack is a great young man. I bought a Rolex from them. These people are very nice, professional and they really appreciate your business. If you are in the market for jewelry or a fine watch please call Zack. He will do everything in his power to take care of your needs. Everyone is super kind and patient. My fiancé and I worked with Jessica when we picked out my engagement ring. She met with us in multiple occasions and for as long as we wanted to stay and look. There were so many options of settings and diamonds to choose from that fit a wide array of budgets. I love how my ring turned out!! I've gone back to them for multiple things now-engravings, ring cleanings, etc and they've always been kind and helpful.
