I made the mistake of not reading the reviews before I went😡   The lady that is the jeweler there was very nice.... I had my rings ( all 4,) prongs fixed looked great when I picked it up... I did mention that there were 2 prongs on one of the rings that didn't feel just right...she said "well just wear it a little while and bring it back if you have any problems" sweet as she could be... when I took it back a few " days" not weeks later she oh well they really need to be retipped I told her that I could see the tip sticking up so she took it and "fixed it" my husband was with me and asked about resizing them and she said sure! So I left them without checking them ( my next mistake) and she resized them... 1/2 size up... when I got them back ... they looked great but before I got home I couldn't get them off... when I finally got them off I can actually bend them with my fingers.. I took them back and she said "well did you drive home and hold onto the steering wheel, sometimes that bends your rings..." O KAY!!!
Now that's ridiculous!!! And the tips are still sticking up!!!
Never again! I hate to write a bad review and I hardly ever do, but this is ridiculous!

My experience was horrible.. I got my gold wedding ring resized in the fall of 2014 and I went up about a size and a qtr and I was charged about $80. It is 2 rings fused together. When I first seen the ring it looked great but they had polished over somehow where they messed my ring up. Shortly after I put it in on, I notices little circles were it looks like they burnt it or something. My husband took it up there and asked them to fix it and they had the nerve to say I damaged the ring somehow with chemicals cleaning or something. There is no way I came into any contact with any chemicals that was clearly an excuse to cover up their damaging my ring. There is 4 tiny holes in the material of the band (2 on each ring, since they are fused together). It is absolutely crazy they would blame the customer for something that is clearly their error, and I was never offered any apology or  anything. They have ruined my ring.

I have done lots of business with Jack thur the years in Robertsdale Ala, he has always done a wonderful job and a true craftsman at his trade, now he has opened another store in Fairhope, he has someone else running his Robertsdale locations which does a good job and is very friendly, I went in and the regular person was not there, he had someone filling in, OMG what a nightmare, the work I had done was TERRIBLE when I dropped off my jewelry I was given a ticket with a price when I picked my things up it was twenty dollars more than what I was quoted on the original ticket.  I sorry to say I will take my things else where. VERY UNHAPPY AND DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER.:(
