Extremely strong artificial fragrance inside and immediately outside the store. We have actually had to stop frequenting this establishment due to our family getting headaches from each visit.

I've loved Kirkland's for years, but the customer service at the St. Augustine location is awful. The staff were short tempered and flat out rude. Even my super laid back husband was appalled at how we were treated. Kirkland's needs to review their staff at this location.
