Bought two Stress Less chairs and had an issue with one of the chair bases 9 months later. Chair was fine except it started creaking. They promptly and diligently took care of the issue. Very happy I purhased my chairs from them. Thank You.

If your furniture turns out as ordered, probably a good place to shop.  If there is a problem, resolution is difficult, unpleasant and expensive.  Beware of the 25% restocking fee for defective furniture.

The Stressless chairs are wonderful. One of most comfortable chairs I have ever bought. The owner is so knowledgeable about all the products. Really takes time with customers.

Jeff is a great guy and has a great showroom. He features a lot of Stressless Recliner/Sofas as well as Palliser and more. If you need some furniture in St. Augustine, I suggest you start here.
