After a long process of trying to find an adoption agency that we felt comfortable with Kirsh and Kirsh came highly recommended by numerous sources. We had a wonderful experience with them from start to finish. The adoption process can be so daunting but they made it so simple and worry free. Each and every person in the office was professional and extremely helpful. They patiently and graciously answered any and all questions and were at our disposal anytime we needed them. We were blown away by their availability at all times and their quickness at getting back to us. They held our hand through the entire process and I can’t imagine using anyone else. We would use them again for a future adoption and recommend them to our friends and family 110%! Because of them we brought our sweet baby home on Christmas Day!

After finding out that our original adoption attorney could not continue with our finalization process, I called Kirsh and Kirsh in a panic. Grant was more than willing to step in and keep things moving quickly and efficiently! I felt completely at ease knowing that he would make sure we got to that final court date! The whole finalization process was quick and smooth. We would highly recommend Grant for all adoption needs!

Grant helped us adopt through foster care, and from a legal representation perspective it couldn’t have gone better. Adopting through foster care is such an emotional roller coaster and a massive undertaking, that you want to make sure to have a lawyer who helps through the process and makes things easy, not more stressful. Grant was extremely thorough in answering questions and talking through possible scenarios. There are so many unknowns, but he was able to speak to all the possibilities I could throw at him. If you want someone who makes you feel like they don’t have time for you, doesn’t really care about your life changing, and leaves you feeling ripped off, then Grant is not your guy. In other words, you should call Grant!

After having 2 failed adoption plans fall through from an agency, we turned to Steven at Kirsh & Kirsch. The staff was great and when meeting with Steven in 1992 or 1993 he answered all our questions and was very informative! When our daughter was born on a weekend, we met with Joel to get all the paper work done. Joel was a great guy to work with! With great people like Steven and Joel we became a family! Thank you Kirsh and Kirsh for all you do!

As an advocate for birth moms, I have worked with Kirsh and Kirsh many times. Adoption can be quite a bittersweet process. The Kirsh attorneys work incredibly hard to make the process as easy as possible. Their compassion for birth moms has always impressed me. Recently, two friends chose to adopt and I was able to witness the excellent service they provide from the perspective of the adoptive parents. I could not more highly recommend their services to potential birth parents or potential adoptive parents.
