Internal medicine is just out of control. They have way too many patients for the amount of staff. Waits are usually 30+ mins. Hold times on the phones are usually 10+ mins, response to medication refills are usually 3+ days.

Tried getting my dad an appointment with the doctor. He has a bad cold. I was told the doctor had no opening for the next week and I would have to go somewhere else. This health system sucks. I don't want to go else where I want his doctor to see him. His doctor knows his history and needs.
