I love the concept of Kitchen United! The convenience of ordering different kinds of foods in one place is amazing! Their Santa Monica location is clean and the workers are efficient. Food selection is delicious as well! Can't wait to go back!

First time ordering.  Ordered 2 spicy chix sandos, but when I got home, only one sando in the bag.  Tried to call them, but they had closed.  No way to leave a message on a voicemail or on line.  Order # 7749677531316224

Ordered a spicy and sweet chicken sandwich combo w/ waffle fries and a coke. I dined in. My food took 20 minutes to come out, fine. But the food was room temp. The fries felt like they had been sitting on a counter for 10 minutes, and the chicken sandwich was warm at best. You're better off going to a bottom-tier fast food joint for a chicken sandwich. Don't need to try the other 3 restaurants in here.

I should have got his name - but the guy working on April 27th was super nice and helpful - and the chicken sandwhich hit the spot.

Excellent food the chefs there are the best
