I ordered delivery from this location via Uber Eats today, and it was TERRIBLE. I ordered a salad but they included ZERO lettuce/greens?? And the order was supposed to include a side of dressing and they forgot that too. They sealed the delivery/to-go bag so there’s no way my delivery person could’ve checked and corrected it either. Really bad service and NOT worth the $23 OR the $12 they would normally charge

My companion and I had nice meals here, and the service was fast, as is typical for a Chipotle restaurant. I had a steak and rice bowl, and there were plenty of vegetables to enjoy in the bowl as well. My companion was not too hungry, so she got a kids meal, and I liked the way that was presented. She enjoyed her food as well. Prices are reasonable. Parking can be tricky in this area, as it is pretty congested, but if you’re lucky, you can find a good spot, as I did!

I have always loved Chipotle... But this Chipotle is seriously lacking in customer service!  I won't even mention the fact that they are incredibly rude, very sullen, and have no personality or likability. Oops, did I accidentally mention that?!?  This is the third time I've ordered a salad and they have not had any salad dressing, but neglect to let me know until I'm checking out. When I ask for salsa instead of dressing, they want to charge me almost $2 for the salsa. When I ask for a manager to override that, they tell me the cashier IS the manager and they will not override that. When I ask for the name of the manager, so that I could make a complaint to the general manager, they refuse to give me their name .  Very disappointing!  First of all, make sure you have enough dressing to handle your customers needs. Second of all, if you don't have enough dressing to manage your customers needs, offer them something in exchange for that salsa. Third of all, if you can't do any of the above, at least offer your name so that a complaint could be made.  Simple customer satisfaction!

Child in hospital.  I got delivered food, but the driver left on the bench.  I had a note that the tip would be given in person as I had paid by card. I wanted to make sure the child got food  and this person couldn't even give to lobby personnel.  Seriously, I was gonna tip more than suggested online. Called the driver as I was going over, and he denied call. Call Chipotle to complain and couldn't speak to representative

They only give you half scoop chicken  Worst chipotle in all of California. I always come after a gym sesh at 8:30 and they never have basic ingredients and have the audacity to charge you full price.  Everytime I enter this chipotle, there’s always some worker arguing with a customer which is ridiculous because I come at least 3 times a week.

they increase the price and reduce the food… The attendant puts a rice and bean soup… frankly… 10 dollars in a bowl… really?  for that bit of food?  I prefer to cook.

Constantly out of food at peak dining times. 6:45pm today - no corn, mild salsa, fajita veggies, or steak. I mean, if you know you’re always running out, why not just make more ahead of time?

Some of the people that work here should be  let go. Never have I ever had such a hostile experience when simply trying to purchase my food.

Chipotle is always good. Ample portions for a reasonable price. It’s fast yet you can decide how you want your dish prepared.

I live down the street from this chipotle. I keep coming back because I get hungry and generally chipotle has a solid food/dollar ratio. Not at this location. Portions are consistently small and employees are rude. Mobile orders without fail show up with close to nothing in them. This place is a bummer. I always end up mad and not full.
