Absolutely wonderful company with great workers! We recently moved to the area from Texas and although the company who packed our items back home were horrendous the guys here were great. They're incredibly personable and down to earth. We had them unload our items from storage back in October and they were very eager to help set items up, they were careful, and honestly went above and beyond. We used them a second time, today, to move an incredibly large couch inside our house for us since we were unable to do so ourselves. They were happy to help figure out a solution to get the couch inside while still being careful with the couch and any surrounding areas within the house. They were on time and great to work with. We will absolutely recommend them to anyone in the future and will certainly use them ourselves again.

Changing my review as I used this company a second time to move from the area. They loaded my U-Haul. They loaded it terribly. When I got to my destination, the movers described the way they loaded the truck as a booby trap. They put outdoor furniture on top of a nearly new washer and dryer, causing scratches. They just threw things in without stacking them. Several items were damaged. When I contacted the company, the claimed that since they loaded my U-Haul, they were not responsible for any damages, which my other moving company, also in Oregon, said is not true and possibly illegal. I wouldn't use this company again.

These folks recently moved my mom up to Portland. She wrote them a letter and I told her I'd post for her here: I just wanted to thank you and your company in making a difficult process seem so effortless. I was truly impressed with the team of people you sent. They were true professionals. They treated all my furniture with better care than I probably would have done and they worked fast. It was fun getting to know them. I would recommend you folks anytime!

Great experience. Drivers and crew were very careful. Give them 5 stars. Office and estimator I give 3 stars. Pre move communication could have been better. Overall I would recommend. Prices were fair and they delivered on time - actually one day ahead of schedule. Moved from Medford OR to Roseville CA

This is THE WORST moving company I have ever had an experience with. First of all they guaranteed a delivery date, but our things arrived a day and a half later. Second, they BROKE two handcrafted oak dining chairs, an oak chest of drawers, and an oak bathroom cabinet. Numerous other items had marks on them and were banged up. Third, they boxed items horribly! We had items marked for one thing and the boxed contained something absolutely different. They stacked items in our storage unit and put items on the bottom that have been smashed by the heavier items on the top. I mean come on this is easy stuff that even a child would know not to do. Oh and when I called to complain to the owners they had the gall to yell at me! They said they did us a favor in packing all of our stuff up for us. They also said they never made a commitment on a delivery day. Come on...they made over $3700.00 on the move and they think they can yell at me... They broke our stuff and we are in the wrong. I still have the voicemail of the wife ( co-owner) swearing at me on the phone. Believe me I passed this along to Mayflower as an example of their disgusting behavior. They give Mayflower a bad name! I truly hope karma comes back around on these people and this business closes! Please stay away from this company at all cost...they are ONLY in it for the money!!! Disgusting owners and office workers...I'm sorry we ever used them!
