Addendum to below review:
After leaving the below review I was contacted by Chris, the manager of the Eugene store. He was extremely kind and helpful. He got us a claim form and reimbursement within a week of making contact. 

I was very dissapointed in the job. The crew was friendly but started with a two man crew and one was tiring within the first hour. They did get a third crew member in later. They broke many of our items. One mover ran into the thermostat control on the wall with a piece of furniture and tore in completely off shorting out the unit and destroying the existing wall unit. They dropped the entertainment center tearing the wood off the side, and broke the corner connector that held the couch together yanking on it rather then sliding it up off the connected as requested.  One large flat screen had the stand completely broken off so it is unusable. The boss on the job said he didn't like b***** customers when we asked them to be careful as things were being broken. My husband and I had to take time off work to repair the thermostat and airconditioner. We had to pay to have the unit fixed with no reimbursement from Crosstown. Crosstown sent a man to wire in a new thermostat but he did it wrong. We then hired metal masters who we had to pay ourselves. They said the crosstown mover that tried to repair it had all the wrong wires connecting the new unit to the wall so it kept shorting the unit out. I was very unsatisfied and do not recommend. They didn't even try to make it right. We sent them the receipts for the furnace repair and never heard back after multiple attempts. They wouldn't even provide is with a claim form. We paid in full after the move with the promise they would follow up with everything they broke and a claim form the next morning as they didn't have any with them.  However,  they would not respond after multiple attempts over the next few months.

They completely forgot that I was on their schedule. I had nobody for move day. lucky for me i found anther mover to fill in but I will definitely not be referring cross town movers to anyone.

I would like to let EVERYONE know I used this company and they had exceptional service they were nice and caring I had very expensive table tops they covered and wrapped them securly for me they went above and beyond there duty the care they had for my valuables and furniture is beyond over the top  I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to move close or far
