Saw Molly today and left looking fabulous! It's so difficult to find a good salon in NOVA that can match or out perform the bigger places in Philly, NJ and NYC but I've finally found my place and I'm so grateful. Highly recommend and huge thanks to Molly for making me look fabulous!

I love this salon and I have never had a better stylist than Chris.   She always makes me look and feel terrific and I cannot go to anyone else.  Works wonders with color and super nice, too!

The very best Hair salon in the TriState area and very much in line with New York, Los Angeles, Milan, London and Paris Salons. The Business is spear headed by three very smart and qualified women who have built and nurtured a great team of women mavericks whom I refer to as very artistic, creative, and trail blazers in their profession.  I have known many of the players at KLS for over ten years and my personal artist has served me for 10 years and she amazes me every time she does my hair. She is so good in her profession that over the years she has been invited by her clients to attend their wedding affairs and events outside the Continental USA.  As I have observed these team of mavericks are Maestro in their profession and they accomplish it by listening to their clients, understanding their requirements and then proposing a style that addresses their needs. A very simple client focused no drama approach, built on integrity and the Trust factor.. In summary KLS Business Model is a great example for those women  leaders who maybe insecure to empower or support other women and those who believe in purely selling  rather than first listening & understanding the customers' needs. The leadership of this business stands behind their brand and they have instilled this mantra among their staff members too, hence if there is ever an issue with any services offered, the employee can take the necessary steps to rectify the issue and satisfy the client fully. I came as a new customer recommended by a friend but could not get that person bc she was booked till she goes on maternity leave (there is a reason!). Instead  I got someone else who yapped more than cut hair. At the end it did not look like I just received a haircut.

If you are a man and you need a haircut don't go to KLS. The first time I went there the lady told me that she is not comfortable using clippers so she used scissors and my haircut took about an hour.But at least it wasn't too bad, still not worth the $45. Yesterday I gave the place a second chance and this time it was a different lady. She also started cleaning up my sides and neck with the scissors and I decided to ask her if she knows how to use clippers. Big mistake. I ended up with one of the worst haircuts you can possibly get and I paid $50  LOL + the $8 tip  because I just fell bad not to tip her.After all she needs to make a living too. I get that they offer you coffee or a drink and they massage your head when they shampoo your hair but the main reason I went there is to get a better than the Haircuttery haircut and they failed.Twice. Now if you are a woman and you need highlights in your hair, color etc. they might be the place to go to but not if you are a guy. At least not with those two hairdressers.
