my first time here and i was a walk in. i was looked at like such a homeless stranger, the staff wasnt friendly at all. i left immediately, was not worth the probably 100 dollar cut i wouldve gotten by a crappy place.

My first time in this location and my expectations were definitely met. I've tried other locations and wasn't completely happy with the results. So I thought I would give this place a try. Courtney was my stylist and I've never met anyone so sweet yet professional. She made me feel comfortable as soon as I sat down. She knew the exact colors that would suit me the best. Not only that but she took her time and I felt confident the results were going to be amazing and I was right! Definitely recommend her to everyone. You won't regret it! Looking forward to my next appointment.

The salon is nice, clean and welcoming. I only have experience with one stylist so my review is mostly based on this. The stylist talked too much and I know that tactic of being super friendly to sell me more services. I don't like to talk when I go to the salon, I talked a little and then I like to be quiet with my own thoughts. The stylist was oblivious to that, and then kept insisting that I come back for a hair dye. I hate pushy people. I will never go back to that stylist even if the haircut was great.

The salon doesn't let you leave tip with the credit card which I had never heard of in any salon. I had to go look for an ATM and come back just to leave the tip. They should either tell you in advance of let you tip with credit card.

Rita is amazing. She's a hair styling goddess! I gave this place 4 stars though because you can't leave tip on your credit card (it's cash only). I never have cash, so I'll have to make an extra trip to my bank or get charged a fee for using the ATM in RTC. I know, I know... first world problems :[ Also I wish I could make appointments online but I know not many places offer that.
