Have used this office numerous times. Most recent experience was horrible.  I had to call office for any udates. Closing came and went, Night before closing at 5pm I Finally get contract and closing numbers and it's all wrong. I call the office and get John to call back after hours. Well He had a horrible attitude and even Hung up on my wife 2 times. He was arrogant and refused to apologize. After Firing him my new Attorney called almost every day, closed deal in a week and managed to get me 4500 more at closing, all for 500 less than Klunks office.

Absolutely smooth experience. Was recommended to their office by my realtor. They handled everything in a professional manner. The seller's agent attempted to back out after the paperwork was done and their office put a stop to that. Low cost. Great service. A+ in my book. Thank you!

John Klunk and his highly competent office staff handled several of my real estate closings.  Buying and selling properties is stressful process for anyone.  He set my wife and I at ease and made the whole process as seamless as possible.  He kept us informed and we went to the closing knowing he had our best interests in mind.  Thank you to Mr. Klunk!
