Best Child-support arrearage attorney in Illinois

Mr. McCarthy represented me concerning my Child-support arrearage case in Illinois. It was a long, hard-fought case. Mr.McCarthy was very deliberate with his motions and advice to me concerning my case. Mr.McCarthy always looked out for my best interests concerning my legal rights. Mr McCarthy knew Illinois statutes concerning Child-support issues very well. Mr McCarthy was very patient while the process was on going. Mr McCarthy fought every motion that my ex-wife brought before the court that would have hurt my situation. My case lasted 3 years, but I knew that I had the best attorney possible representing me. I knew this because I had researched other attorneys. Mr McCarthy knew Illinois statutes so well that he was always a step ahead of the opposing attorney. Mr McCarthy was relentless in seeking justice for me. We had some set-backs concerning my case, but Mr McCarthy always advised me what was in my best interests. Mr McCarthy was always punctual for my court dates and always was well- prepared. Mr McCarthy is very fair with his time devoted to a case and with his charges for his services. Without Jeffrey McCarthy's representation I would have been raked over the coals in the Illinois court system! I sincerely advise using Jeff McCarthy's knowledge, and experience when facing untimely litigation in the Illinois court system.

Jeff has represented me in multiple cases since 2011. He has always been candid and very responsive. In more than one instance he has suggested ways to save money on a case, which ultimately would result in him making less. He's very creative and knows the law.

Mr. McCarthy is completely unprofessional and had threatened MANY single mothers with law suits for giving him a 1 star rating. Shows complete abuse of power and I suggest anyone and everyone with complaints, fill out a form with the Illinois State Bars Association! He has already been suspended from practicing law and from what I have researched, also had been disbarred and also carries no liability insurance.

My fiance was ordered to see Mr. McCarthy as part of mediation to finally come to agreeable terms regarding a parenting packet for visitation and such. Anyway, long story short very unfortunately Mr. McCarthy withdrew from our case. He was the one person we had to help us get visitation and phone calls ect. and did everything in his power to mediate. He was continuously harrassed and bothered by Moriah Sutton, the plaintiff. Extremely unfortunate circumstance for us and this case. Mr. McCarthy did everything he could and was neutral to both parties to get the parenting packet completed. If it wasn't for Moriah Sutton relentlessly making this ordeal difficult, we would of had great success with Mr. McCarthy!
