DO NOT shop here. They have very trick 30 days return policy . I brought 4 pants when I visited my daughter at UCSB. 34 days later I tried to return it and they don't even consider give me a store credit. It seems like the whole store is running by students and teenagers and they don't know anything about customer service!!!!!

Always find my tea. At half price, my coffee 2.00 less, my make up 3.00 cheaper and everything I need in one stop. Love Kmart

DO NOT SHOP HERE. Not only is the store a mess in every possible way, but much worse - the rude checker checked my items through the register, which I PAID FOR, then stashed my higher priced items like my coffee and cosmetics somewhere behind the counter when I wasn't looking, because those items weren't in my bags when I got home. I know this because I have a set of 5 shopping bags that are in a set, and when I got home, I had all 5 bags, but not everything that was on my receipt. Of course, when I called the store, they didn't have any bags that were left behind. I repeat, DO NOT SHOP HERE.

While the majority of the employees are very nice and helpful, the condition of the store is atrocious. The restrooms are filthy and utterly disgusting, they smell bad, TP and paper towels all over the floor, the floor is completely saturated with water and who knows what else. Items on the shelves do not usually match the shelf pricing, so most of the time it's next to impossible to know the price of an item. There are only a couple of price scanners in the store and typical of Kmart, they usually don't work. They always seem to be "out" of the item I went in to purchase. This Kmart is very difficult to shop in as all the main aisles have displays and large bins blocking smooth passage with the shopping cart. The clothes are, meh, not really fashionable, the toy department always a huge mess. The only positive feedback I can offer about this store is that they do have a decent infant/baby department. I really wish this store would be replaced with a Target.

The Goleta Kmart is definitely the cleanest one I've been in and clerks are very friendly. The only reason I didn't put 5 stars is that it can be difficult to find a sales person.
