Now that the Downtown store is shut down, they really need to revamp this location. It's an old spot but has potential to be great. I've purchased many items from this store throughout the years and I hope that they can bring back the quality and service that Robinson's used to give in the 1980s.

We were shopping in the La Cumbre Macy's on Sunday. My husband was trying on Ray Ban sunglasses. We were helped by one extraordinary sales-person who helped us both as we tried to decide on which glasses to purchase. I questioned him on the folding Ran Bans and he was extremely helpful. It has been an incredibly long time since the service at Macy's has warranted praise, so as my first review I wish to thank Alex for his great customer service. Stephanie and Rob Clark
