I attempted to order online for pickup in the store today so I could grab a couple items quickly while out running other errands. The order wasn't ready until 5 hours after I had ordered (for only two items) and I still have no confirmation text or email. I only know that the order is ready because I called the store and asked. The final straw is that the employee I spoke to refused to give me my order without the confirmation email. I wasted 6+ hours trying to use their "convenient" pick up option and still don't have my $27 worth of merchandise, and to top it off was given poor service and attitude. Thanks for your consistent lackluster performance Kmart.

This store is never busy but help is never available. The product selection is not worth walking in the store. If I have to say one good thing about this place, it would be; That you can always find a close spot to park since they never have any customers here.

It's refreshing to see a Kmart that looks presentable. Clean and well stocked. Although it suffers from uncompetitive prices and so so customer service, I hope this one stays around. It's truly one of the last good ones left in the country.
