I love this place. Although they need to cool down the temperature in the store. They always have my big sizes and I'm hoping they'll get more big men's shirts as they've have had in the past. Employees are friendly and the prices are great for some things and fair for others.

Extremely disappointed in the response from customer service when attempting to make a return with receipt on an item never out of the box but over 30 days. For a failing chain, you might think they would attempt to retain customers. Their return policy is much shorter and stricter than their competitors. Even Wal-Mart makes exceptions. I was told they have no control but that simply is not true and insulting. A store manager has a lot of leeway but no attempt was made to call one.

Over priced, even with things being on sale. Came here because the one thing i do find helpful is they carry men's plus sizes all the way to 5x if needed. Was able to get in and out with a few big and tall items for my bf. Glad they have that section!

cant see how they are still in business with the way the store looks and operates,  took me 20 minutes at the check out to confirm a price for my daughters outfit,  store was hot and smelled stale. not the kmart i shopped at when i was younger for sure.
