A total disaster, went there for a couple of smart watches, they didn't have one of them in stock even though is a very popular model, very poor stock management. The representative did not educate me in anything I was getting into, he did not tell us about an extra 10 dollars charge besides the monthly payment we saw in the watch advertisement, also mentioned NOTHING at all that they were going to run my credit score and add a hard inquiry to it i wasn't expecting it since I'm an AT&T customer, he just acted all the time feeling superior and like he just wanted to finish with us ASAP, I'm sorry sir i also work retail and i do know how to take care of my customers. That experience lower my expectations about the company and i can say for sure i will not recommended their service to any of my friend and family members.

Save yourself time and money and just do everything over the phone/online and make sure to never have to set foot in this store. AT&T needs to get their act together because what they tell you online/ over the phone completely contradicts what they tell you in the store. **UPDATE** actually, thanks to this store, I decided to drop AT&T service after 12 years and went with t-mobile who has a better unlimited plan and saving me $30 a month

The recent software update left me unable to read my text messages. After spending 2 hours on the phone with customer support this morning I was told that I could go to an AT&T store and have them look at it the phone. The guy I spoke to acted like he didn't want to deal with me. Then he told me that I have to use a Standard white background..I said I pay alot of money every month for this phone and I want to be able to use the background I want. He said well I don't know what to tell you. I said how about I pay off the phone and go to Verizon? To which he replied go ahead. Filed formal complaint.

Paisley was very helpful in a new phone purchase. Like the set up at this location.

The employees at this location DO NOT know how to provide customer service. Especially the manager, Chris. I observed him dealing with, (not helping) other customers during my 45 minute wait and he guy seems to enjoy getting the last word with AT&T's paying customers. Not one of the employees seem to be remotely satisfied with their jobs. If you are NOT planing to purchase Directv, headphones, an apple watch or add another line/new service then plan on being treated like you are a bother to Chris and his crew. BTW AT&T... Clearly I'm not the only customer paying over $300 monthly for service, so do us all a favor and use some of that revenue to purchase a shirt for Chris that covers his entire belly.
