From reading other reviews, most people had issues with customer service. I've been to this store three times now and that's never been an issue for me. The 1 star is more aimed at the product I bought which was an AT&T SIM card to use while on holiday. I've been here for nearly 10 days now and I've already had 18 telemarketing calls all of a sudden come through (6 in one day! And mostly in the morning when I'm trying to sleep). Don't buy this product. I get that numbers are recycled but I've never had this issue in the UK.

(20 calls now and one by a same company earlier today)

This is the worst Best Buy I have ever shopped at. Customer service is an oxymoron! With one person ahead of me, the rep was shooting the giggles and jibber jabbering for 20minutes, as a long line of customers formed behind me. The rep was rude, slow, and uncaring. Twenty minutes later with the product in my hand, I left the store to never return again.

I spoke with the assistant store manager about my experience and he gave no indication of concern at all. In my life, I have dropped more than $150,000 at Best Buy. In fact, at this location.

Bottom line, I drove 20 mike’s to another store for service. They were what I expected and left satisfied. Now the bottom line...I will never, not ever, set foot in the Tyrone Best Buy, nor will I be making any future purchases from any Best Buy, full stop.

Dan, the store manager needs to clean house.

THIS IS NOT THA FULL SIZED BEST BUY, THIS IS A SMALLER SPECIALIZED MOBILE STORE INSIDE OF TYRONE SQUARE MALL. MAKE SURE YOU  ARE REVIEWING THA RIGHT PLACE. They know what they're talking about. They don't work on commission, which is rare for cell phone shops, so their main focus is the customers' happiness. I recommend this place to anyone looking to get a new phone or compare prices on plans.

Honestly..shopping here is a pain. Every time I've visited the store they've been brutally understaffed. Even if you know exactly what you want - finding a staff member to hand you a laptop can take 20 minutes.

I can't see Best Buy lasting much longer as a brick and mortar business.. It's just so much more convenient and pleasant to click-and-buy on Amazon.

WOW ! Best Buy win's !!! Worst customer service award of 2017. If I did not experience it my self it would be very hard to relate to. When asked for sales help was told we have more customers than employees . Great answer .O well tried another floor employee he said all that stuff over there pointing in the direction we just came in were the last guy said we got more customers than employees. I wonder with this type of customer service how long Best Buy will have more customer's than employees ? Speaking for my self Best Buy lost my business.
