Dirty, disorganized worker not happy. Asked an employee to help me and the ignored me on purpose!! I'll never go back to Kmart, they don't care if you're in a panic mode they'll still treat you crappy. I'd rather go to Walmart than here!! And that says a lot about this place. Because Walmart is supposed to be the bad store and it's the cleanest and more organized better!

Demoralizing and unacceptable.

I ordered an item online and set it up to pay in store at the register  and sent my husband to retrieve it because I was unable to. The supervisor would not allow him to retrieve it even though the item had not yet been paid for. I tried speaking with the supervisor on the phone to provide proper identification. Firstly, he did not want to speak with me. Additionally,  he did not care or act like my request mattered at all. Instead of treating me like a valued customer and offering a different alternative the man was extremely rude and dismissive. If he couldn't allow my husband to retrieve the order he could've simply told me that item was available in the store and that I could simply retrieve another one, but he didn't care about my concern nor did he bother to try and accommodate my request. This was my first experience at this particular Kmart and my last. Do not go to this store under any circumstances.

This Kmart takes the cake for the worst Kmart ever, and I've been to a lot of Kmarts. First of all, where am I going to go to buy my K's, if not at Kmart. I was talking to an employee of the store, and in the middle of our conversation, he starts babbling in fluent Sumerian about the returning of the Ancient One. Then he
collapsed on the floor and twitched violently. How Rude! Then he coughed blood on my brand new Nike Elites, which was upsetting. Worst of all I didn't even get a discount for the potatoes I bought. Sad. 😭
