I was very disappointed when my new superstars didn't fit well! I always wear womens 6.5 and I own other superstars. When I contacted customer service they told me that i ordered junior size! Customer service was very helpful and exchanged my shoes to the correct size that i need. I love them!  Will shop again!!!!!!!

Bought several shoes and boots from their. (My stepson actually traded their timbelands boots for $300 Nike sneakers.....after wearing them for more than a year) so I think the place is good luck :) anyway , decided to write a review as people seemed nice and helped me to exchange UGG sleepers 3 times (I moved and just bought them as a gift for my relative from their online store , but she wasn't sure about the size as that fur inside . thank you again!!! And now we know to get a 1/2 size larger :)

Worst experience ever. I got the shoes in the mail and they were already not in perfect condition plus they looked a bit different so I decided to return them. I called amazon and then they mailed the third party seller shoesector for my return label. They emailed me pretty quick but they did not send me the return label at first. They just gave me the address then I asked for the return label and they said they charge $6.95 and I was like ok then she said I would have to wait till Monday morning for my return label. So once I received the return label and returned it they are only giving me $28.05 back when I paid $70 for the shoes. They said they were in worm condition which is a lie. Never deal with this company if you do not want these issues.

Customer service is very friendly and has a fast communication. I received my purchase earlier than I expected. Excellent seller!!! Love my product. Perfect quality, will buy again. Very recommended.
