I put 1 star because i cant just put -1 .......... this k mart is closing so they r selling all their merchandise defective yesterday I bought a bicycle for my son n when I was trying to put it together I find out that both of the pedals were the same side so I went to k marts to exchange it because is not my fault that their merchandise is not good but they said that that can't do anything everything is not exangable or returnable so be carefully don't buy nothing from k mart..... and also the lady was really rude..........now my 5 year old son won't have a bike....

I haven't been to that location in a while and now I remember why! I stopped in to get a few items and when I got to the cashier, the young man was very polite. I paid for my items and got $10.00 cash back which I was given 2 fives. I stopped at the lottery machine by the door and put one of the fives in the machine and then a big red light started flashing. I got the attention of the girl in the customer service area and told her that the machine had kept my money. She yelled across the way and said it's broken! See the red flashing light?! I said it only started flashing after I put the money in. She then decided to come over and she said I will see "if" there is any money in here. I said it is...I just put it in there...do you want to look at the film or something. She then opened it and there was money in it, a five on the bottom but she said that it wouldn't have been there it would have been on top....I am starting to see where she was going with this. Then another person came over. They really acted like I was just trying to get free money. Hello it was my money, so I told them that if they needed it that bad that they could keep it. As I walked away, I heard the older one say to the younger girl that she need to stop. In other words she said something smart behind my back. I came back in and asked for the name of the cashier and the manager. I wanted his name because he was the only one that had any manners. I didn't let them know that I had heard that comment because neither of them was worth my time...they had wasted too much of it as it was. True it was only five dollars and I wasn't really all that upset about it...I was upset with the rude,disrespectful, ridiculous way they handled the situation. Keep the five girls and buy some manners...

If I could give less than 1 I would. Worst customer service ever. Will never shop here again. First they sent me completely the wrong order and would not do anything to fix it and it was Xmas presents. Then they lose the second part of my order and don't even tell me which was also presents that I was waiting for. So now I have to look all over for something else and half of the stuff I ordered is sold out every where. Totally unacceptable service beware there's a reason this place is going out of business!

This store will be closing in April 2018 so there are some really great deals, 70% off some stuff!

Staff is not friendly or helpful at all. In all the times I have been in this store never have I been greeted in a positive or friendly way. It might be that I am white and the store is predominantly Hispanic and black. Idk but its rude however you look at it. However the store is for the most part clean. Checking out there is always a ling wait as there is usually only 1 register open. Customer service desk does not know what customer service means. I would not recommend this store to a friend.
