Went in to exchange a toy the cashier Pat at the customer service desk was extremely RUDE so was the manager Carla over the phone who never came out to even attempt to help me. She only yelled no through the phone to the cashier Pat. Then after asking for another Manager I was told by Pat that they are on conference calls. How convenient . I will NEVER return to this location or any other KMART ever again.

Good selection crazy that they're going out of business because it was always packed, worked at the snack bar for a couple months until I got another job, but it was a great working environment

Very rude staff went to pick up my order but they were no help. Did not appreciate the way manager treated me. Employee took another customer while she was handling me. Very bad experience.

I am very sad they are closing after Christmas I live down the street I am in the store all the time I love this store they have great sales they have great apps to play for points and free money on their site that nobody else has I get many free items and things that great discounts I’m really going to miss the store
