Terrible customer service.  I send money by western union and wanted refined it, but the worker said she cannot refined the whole amount money, only 500 insted of 600.  She was so mean and unprofessional.  They even don't have supervisor... sad

I loved it , they have just about every thing like big department stores but for lot less , and the staf is very cooperative and polite , and they don't have long lines at check out

It's terrible knowing Kmart bought Sears' iconic durable tool line, Craftsman, and the tool section appeared more like a ghost town. Sad.

Kmart has been a pale shadow of their former selves for the last 20 some years. I grew up going to Kmart long before Wal-Mart and Target decimated the likes of Jamesway, Caldor, Best, etc..

I liked Kmart, so I pop in whenever I find one out of respect. The store seemed clean and organized, and yet..empty overall. Perhaps the high ceiling, wide isles, and lack of shoppers/inventory contributed to this.

Do not go there for videogames, as they have none. Their electronics section is bare. There are still Die Hard batteries in the auto isle, so they have that going for them. Clothing selection was ok at best, although I managed to find Dickie's jeans there once, which was welcome and quite unexpected!

Overall, their selection is about as tight as their target consumer. They offer a little bit of everything for shoppers on a budget, and I respect that. However, those who are spoiled by newer, bigger warehouse stores may come away disappointed, and more importantly: empty handed.
