DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.. took my computer there twice.. 1st time he claimed that my drive needs to be changed. 6 month later i was there with same problem and had to pay for new drive again. Then i find out that the drive he installed was used (it was named by someones name and he forgot to reformat). At this point i decided to take the drive out but now it locked my entire system as the used drive he put had system lock out option activated. When i called Sam to resolve he went off on me calling me a lier etc... in meantime my mac is locked with very few options to fix it other than changing the entire board. considering taking him to court

Excellent experience -diagnosed a software issue that was slowing down the machine and they fixed it and it remains optimized 6 months later - great job. Also used them to replace a laptop screen on my Lenovo that cracked and they were able to replace at a third of the cost of other Lenovo recommended vendors.

Friday was my first time using ACS, after finding them with a Google search. I believe strongly in supporting local small businesses, so I was happy to take my iMac there. The issue was quickly diagnosed and the repair was done in less than a day, at a very reasonable price! My Mac works great now! Sam is very friendly, informative and honest. Not being open on the weekend was not an issue because I knew that I was getting superior service. I used the Apple Store in Woodland Hills for a new hard drive, but now ACS will be my go-to place for all my future computer repair needs. Highest recommendation!

Theres no words to thank Sam and Jolie for the wonderful work they did on my Laptop, theyre down to earth very humble and honest, my computer got fixed the same day, and at fraction of the cost from other places, very professional, recommended all the way!!!

I drop my MacBook pro and I need it the screen replace really fast due to my classes, I call several places and they need it to order the part , and I coundnt wait and then I found this shop and they told me my Mac will be ready same day ! Awesome ,and they did the girl tech that works there it's pretty smart and she also give me a lots of tips on using iPhoto and final cut. Totally recomended. ;)
